• Identify funding, human resources, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program and ensure resources are available.
• Develop annual operating plans with revenue targets, overhead expenses, and cost recovery goals for accountable property management and logistics operations.
• Provide leadership in support of agency activities and liaise with SCMS customers to meet requirements; perform COR duties including contract planning, cost analysis, and oversight.
