Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
• Manage assigned financial aspects by monitoring expenses relative to budget and analyzing reports.
• Serve as a community liaison by participating in local organizations and charitable activities.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction and providing feedback; identify training needs.
• Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment or consulting others.
• Drive, develop and implement the business plan for your area to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor facility-wide compliance with quality and safety standards and company policies.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
