Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering with 5+ years in operations/logistics management in shipping/heavy haul.
• Experience with DOT regulations for permitting over-dimension, overweight loads and driver hours of service/logs.
• Minimum of three years of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage over-the-road operations for High Transit, LLC.
• Create engagement with teams of professional over-the-road drivers.
• Finance shipping projects, establish estimating parameters and forecast final cost.
• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive profitability through third-party sales and revenue opportunities.
