Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years supervisory experience.
Direct reports and overseeing a facility with 500+ associates.
Willingness to travel independently and complete testing if required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong administrative skills.
Proven experience in a safety program.
Solid understanding of food safety laws and industry practices.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations of health and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
Promote associate and customer safety and reduce injury risk in the distribution center.
Maintain and follow through on safety and loss prevention programs.
Collaborate with operations to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
