Job summary

Leader Communications Inc is seeking a Senior Logistician to act as the logistics architect for component obsolescence management, translating raw supply data into proactive solutions to ensure critical parts are available across the platform's footprint.

The role requires extensive DoD program logistics experience, strong ILS knowledge, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through lifecycle sustainment strategies and cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas.
• Experience in logistics management, preferably in DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into proactive logistics solutions to prevent part shortages.
• Lead ILS, logistics readiness, and supply data analysis initiatives.
• Develop cost analyses, forecasts, and logistics plans for program support.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate alternative parts and designs.
• Provide weekly status updates and contribute to reports.
