Raytheon's Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to oversee ship modernization, logistics planning, access management, and site readiness efforts in San Diego, CA. Embedded within operational workflows, this role directly impacts execution outcomes by providing critical support to a range of logistics products. The Senior Logistics Analyst will play a vital role in coordinating personnel access, ensuring compliance with shipyard and Navy base requirements, and driving the successful, on‑time completion of modernization tasks. We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple programs in a high‑tempo modernization environment, and excellent communication skills to effectively track and report progress to Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
