Job summary

Clackamas County Bank in Oregon seeks a Loan Servicing Supervisor/Officer to lead the Loan Servicing Department, develop procedures, and ensure accurate processing in full compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will work with the Chief Credit Officer, loan officers, assistants, and processing staff to improve efficiency, manage multiple projects, and mentor staff while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in bank loan document production and servicing.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from loan officers, staff, customers, and third parties.
• Solid understanding of loan documentation procedures and applicable regulations.
• Experience with appraisal coordination and evaluation guidelines is a plus.
• Proficiency in reviewing appraisals for accuracy and compliance (USPAP/FIRREA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize work of loan servicing staff to provide timely service.
• Ensure all loan servicing functions are completed accurately and on time.
• Staff supervision, training and development.
• Daily production duties including backup of all loan servicing personnel.
• Identify and resolve problems and interpret data.
