Job summary

The Symicor Group is seeking a Loan Services Manager for our community bank client in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee all operational aspects of the bank's loan portfolios, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, servicing, and compliance while leading a high-performing team.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 5-7 years in lending, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; deep knowledge of lending products/regulations; proficiency with loan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years in lending or financial services with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, and/or mortgage lending products and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with loan servicing platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise loan documentation processing and ensure accurate booking into core systems.
• Oversee loan servicing functions including payments, payoffs, escrow, renewals, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, CRA, UCC).
• Lead and train loan operations staff; manage staffing schedules.
• Maintain and optimize loan systems; coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Produce regular loan operations reports; reconcile related GL accounts.
• Collaborate with compliance, underwriting, finance, and sales to manage loan lifecycles.
• Drive process improvements and support new product implementations.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates.
