1st Community Credit Union is seeking a Senior Business & Mortgage Lending Officer to grow a portfolio of business loans and residential mortgages while building relationships in the communities we serve. You will collaborate with underwriting and processing professionals to deliver customized financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of lending experience.
• Strong business lending experience.
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain member relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Desire to lead, mentor others and contribute at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business lending relationships with new and existing members.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, and community organizations.
• Structure commercial lending solutions that support member goals and business growth.
• Assist members with residential mortgage needs, including purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity lending.
• Present lending recommendations and collaborate with internal teams throughout the approval process.
• Represent 1st Community Credit Union at community and business events.
