Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks a Senior Manager, Planning and Scheduling to lead all planning, scheduling, and schedule control activities for a large LNG EPC project. Based in New Orleans, LA, you will align engineering, procurement, construction, and startup to hit milestones safely and on time, reporting to the VP of Planning and Scheduling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning and scheduling on major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and collaboration with EPCs, pipelines, and CAPEX.
• Proficient in Deltek Acumen Fuse and iConstruct.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; experience with Power BI, SQL preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong critical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain planning and scheduling processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain earned value management processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain internal company plans and schedules.
• Contribute to reviews of Contractor execution plans and schedules.
• Provide leadership to the internal Planning and Scheduling team.
• Set up and maintain reporting and dashboard templates for consistent communication.
• Use forensic schedule analysis to support Time Impact or other claims analysis.
• Administer the Primavera database and governance.
• Establish Acumen Fuse diagnostics tools, templates, and standards.
• Present plan and schedule information to stakeholders.
• Travel to other project locations and contractor offices as needed.
