Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by the MHR Rule.
• LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist credentials accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction, supervision, and oversight for MHP Team Leader, MHP, and MHS staff.
• Identify and respond to staff training needs, including in-service trainings.
• Coordinate services and engage with recipients across MHR and non-MHR agencies.
• Consult with medical professionals and community agencies to develop care plans.
• Lead initial and concurrent assessment and authorization processes.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Recovery Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
• Document services in accordance with clinical standards and agency policies.
• Participate in state monitoring and QA activities.
