Job summary

Minfy in the United States is seeking a Senior AI / LLM Engineer to design and deliver LLM-powered features across enterprise use cases. You will own end-to-end development from framing problems to production deployment, with a focus on retrieval-augmented generation and platform integration.

You will mentor engineers, establish evaluation and observability, and ensure secure multi-tenant access while improving retrieval quality and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years software engineering with at least 2 years building with LLMs or applied ML in production.
• Strong Python and solid engineering fundamentals (testing, VCS, maintainable code).
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems: embeddings, vector databases, chunking/indexing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of LLM-powered features from framing to production deployment.
• Build and tune retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over enterprise data.
• Integrate LLMs and enterprise APIs, ensure secure, multi-tenant access and observability.
