Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse to join our caring team. The role supports resident wellness, medication management, and daily care coordination in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include acting as Charge Nurse in leadership's absence, documenting care in the electronic health record, ensuring safety and cleanliness, training care partners, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• LVN/LPN or RN license required (state nursing license).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Effective communication and professional standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing tasks and serve as Charge Nurse in absence of leadership.
• Manage medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation as per regulations.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Provide resident care with individualized plans and coordinate with wellness team.
• Document care in electronic health records accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure staffing meets state guidelines.
