Job summary

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze, part of Grace Management, is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to oversee the Wellness Department ensuring residents receive excellent physical and psychosocial care with dignity and individuality. • Must be licensed to administer medications in the state.
• Minimum of two years of experience in senior housing.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all wellness department operations and staff scheduling to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Hires, supervises, motivates, and evaluates wellness staff; coordinates training.
• Liaises with hospital staff, physicians, and community organizations to coordinate resident care.
• Maintain compliant resident charts and ensure accurate documentation of services.
