Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and oversee a comprehensive activities and wellness program for Health Care residents. You will promote quality of life through engaging programming aligned with seven wellness dimensions and collaborate with all departments to support events and resident needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in human services or related field or national certification as activity professional.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in activity programming in senior living or health care settings.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive Health Care activities program across seven dimensions of wellness.
• Deliver engaging group, individual, in-room, evening, weekend, and holiday programming.
• Organize community outings, resident-centered events, and manage calendars and promotions.
• Welcome and orient new residents and families to the lifestyle program.
• Complete documentation including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Manage program supplies, inventory, and monthly budget spending.
• Collaborate with all departments to support events and resident needs.
