Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Fitness Specialist to lead group exercise and personal training for older adults in a Senior Living Community in Newtown, PA. This part-time role (about 5 hours/week) offers growth as caseload expands and opportunities to travel for house calls.

You'll collaborate with FOX therapists, educate residents and families on wellness benefits, and help expand the program across communities while maintaining CPT certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or CPT certification required or equivalent fitness training experience with intent to obtain CPT.
• Experience or interest in working with older adults in a proactive wellness setting.
• Ability to educate residents and families on wellness program benefits.
• Willingness to travel between Senior Living Communities and patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Grow the wellness program.
• Drive engagement to increase group class participation and build 1:1 and partner training client base.
• Collaborate with FOX therapy team to support referrals and continuity of care.
• Educate residents, families, and power-of-attorney on wellness benefits and program value.
• Travel to patient residences for house calls and expand into additional communities.
