The Bristal Assisted Living is a premier luxury senior living community seeking a Waitstaff professional to deliver chef-prepared dining experiences with hospitality and care. You will ensure meals are served according to guidelines, while providing warm, patient service to our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or food-service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Good communication, customer service and people skills.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused.
• Experience with seniors preferred but not required.
• Team player, willing to help for a pleasant dining experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and health guidelines is a plus.
• Able to adapt to different personalities and situations.
• Reliable, caring, and gentle demeanor.
• Abiding respect for the elderly, remains calm.

Responsibilities

• Take resident meal orders patiently and cheerfully.
• Check station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Read menus before service to assist residents.
• Assist in plating and portion control of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts.
• Bus tables at end of meal.
