The role emphasizes creating people-centered environments, collaboration, and mentorship within a design-driven culture. You will contribute from early concepts to construction documents, coordinate with clients and consultants, and guide design documentation while leveraging Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience in Senior Living projects preferred; related project types considered.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design process from concept to construction documents.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions to support project success.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet design, technical, and budget goals.
• Help guide design documentation using Revit and other software tools.
• Support or lead construction administration activities.
• Manage workload and mentor others.
