Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or guest service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and describe items.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and service standards.
• Process payments and balance checks at end of shift.
• Support teammates with setup, clearing, and restocking as needed.
• Uphold hospitality, teamwork, and guest care values.
