Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Hampstead in North Carolina is hiring a Server to join our dining team. You will set and clear tables, take residents' orders, and provide the highest level of customer service while helping with meal prep, delivery and event support.

No experience is required and on‑the‑job training is paid. We offer a wage range of $14.00 to $16.80 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including health and retirement plans, plus paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• No experience required for the Server role.
• On‑the‑job training is provided and paid.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room area and equipment.
