Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Server at Oakmont of Mariner Point in California. You will serve residents, family members, and guests in a courteous manner, take orders, and enter them in the POS. You will set up and break down tables, follow etiquette, and maintain safety.

Teamwork and a genuine desire to care for the elderly are essential. The role is on-site with shifts across AM/PM, and training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• May require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
