CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Server in Rockford, Michigan. You will perform a variety of food service tasks and help maintain clean facilities and equipment, with a pay-off in growth opportunities and advancement within the company.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service and teamwork, with shifts from 8:00–2:00 and 4:00–7:30. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and residents/guests are your focus for timely, high-quality service.

• Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service while promoting teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
