Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-Time Server for our senior living communities in Ohio. This role involves delivering meals with care, maintaining clean service areas, and providing friendly, attentive service to residents and guests during the 6:30am-2:30pm shift.

The ideal candidate will follow safe food handling practices, perform required setup and side work, and work with a cooperative dining team to ensure timely, high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all dining services standards of service.
