Job summary

Unidine, a leading hospitality company, is hiring immediately for part‑time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at Seven Hills Senior Living, 733 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104. You will take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to dining room guests in a senior living setting. Schedule is part‑time and days/hours vary.

Prior senior living or serving experience preferred. Pay range is $17.50–$19.00 per hour, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within Compass Group’s

Qualifications

• Senior Living experience or previous serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders, following steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and ingredients, accommodate reasonable requests and note dietary needs.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and follow sanitation standards.
• Handle tickets and perform cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with events and work with other departments when needed.
