Job summary

StoryPoint in Northville is seeking a Server Wait Staff member for a full-time shift from 11am to 7:30pm. You will perform food service functions, maintain clean and sanitary dining areas, and provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Required Experience for Server: prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area and equipment.
