Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to perform a range of food service tasks while keeping dining areas clean and sanitary for residents and guests in Ohio. You will serve meals professionally and help ensure timely, high-quality dining experiences.

The position emphasizes friendly, attentive service, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure excellent dining experiences for residents and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, ensuring residents and guests are served promptly.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior; practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints with tact and professionalism.
• Follow all Dining Services standards of service.
