Job summary

Lexington Park Independent Living in Topeka, KS is seeking a dedicated server to assist during meal times and ensure a warm, resident-focused dining experience. Prior food service or beverage experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with seniors.

The role supports dining room operations, collaborates with kitchen staff, and may involve delivering meals to residents who cannot reach the dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience serving residents during meals in a care or dining setting.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests during meal times to ensure needs are met.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Deliver meals to apartments if residents cannot come to the dining room.
• Assist the Chef and/or Executive Director with duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
