Job summary

Fairways of Ironhorse is seeking a friendly and reliable Wait Staff/Server to service residents during meal times. You will work in a safe, supportive dining room, with opportunities to assist in the kitchen and dining areas, and may deliver meals to apartments if needed.

The ideal candidate has food and/or beverage service experience, enjoys working with seniors, and thrives in a dynamic environment without late hours. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and/or beverage service.
• Ability to interact with residents and staff in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitors residents and guests during meal times to ensure needs are met.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with kitchen staff and other team members.
• May deliver meals to apartments if residents cannot come to dining room.
• Assists the Chef and/or Executive Director with duties in dining areas.
• Makes cocktails as requested.
