Job summary

Arbor Garden Place is seeking a friendly Server to support meal service in a senior living community. You will help prepare and serve meals, set up dining areas, and assist residents with meals in a warm, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, good communication, and the willingness to be trained. Experience in food service or healthcare is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with resident care plans and dietary guidelines.
• Set up dining areas and ensure meals are served on time, at the proper temperature, and with presentation in mind.
• Provide meal assistance to residents as needed with kindness and respect.
• Greet residents warmly and create a positive dining experience at every meal.
