Provincial Senior Living in California is seeking a Server to join our dining team. This role supports resident dining experiences with friendly, timely service and attention to meal quality. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for full-time or part-time work in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include proper food handling, menu knowledge, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in training new servers while upholding hospitality standards and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes proper food handling and service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensures residents/guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and descriptions of all items.
• Keeps tables and surrounding areas clean and ready.
• Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Supports orientation and training of new servers.
• Follows safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Assists in dining room organization and supplies placement.
• Other duties as assigned.
