Job summary

The Ridge Senior Living is seeking energetic servers to join our dining room team in Holladay, UT. You will serve residents, family members, and visitors with meals and drinks in a friendly manner while maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to get along well with others.
• Demonstrates flexibility and patience and works as a member of a team.
• Good personal hygiene to comply with department of health practices and regulations.
• Maintain uniforms in a clean and neat condition.
• Knowledge or general understanding of an industrial dish washing machine.
• Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from residents, their family members and visitors in our dining room.
• Serve drinks, meals and desserts as ordered in a friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot resident concerns with their meals.
• Clean tables and serving areas after each meal.
• Assist with dining room set up for the following meal service.
• Promotes clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
• Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety procedures and assists with evacuation of residents to a safe location in the event of fire or other emergency.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
