Discovery Senior Living is seeking a dining room server to provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests at our Tipton location. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff politely.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Able to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals.
• Know the daily specials and descriptions of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the Dining Room while upholding hospitality standards.
