Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Server / Waitstaff for our Senior Living community in Plymouth, MA. You will work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure meals are served smoothly from kitchen to table, delivering friendly, attentive service to residents.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and keeping dining areas clean and safe. Weekend and evening shifts are common, with opportunities for training and growth within the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; training provided.
• Friendly and approachable to welcome guests.
• Positive attitude during busy periods.
• Patient and understanding with guest requests.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes look perfect before serving to residents.
• Talk to residents warmly, present the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep kitchen and dining room clean and follow food safety rules.
• Communicate any special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• After each meal, reset the Dining Room and maintain its appearance.
