Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a friendly dining room server to take orders, serve meals, and ensure resident satisfaction in a senior living dining environment. You will maintain dining areas, follow safety protocols, and support a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet residents' needs and dining schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving meals in a senior living or food-service setting preferred.
• Ability to interact with residents, guests and staff in a courteous manner.
• Wamiliarity with safety and sanitation expectations for dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a timely, friendly manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals and dining services.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and descriptions of menu items.
• Keep dining areas and side stations clean and organized.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Set up and break down the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.
