Job summary

Morada Senior Living LLC is seeking a Server to join our care-focused team in Texas. You will take orders, serve meals in a friendly manner, and ensure residents are satisfied with their dining experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, following safety schedules, training new servers, and supporting overall hospitality standards. Previous fine dining experience is a plus, with competitive wages and full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.
• Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensures resident/guest satisfaction with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu items and informs residents or guests.
• Keeps dining areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assists with orientation and training of new food servers.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets up and cleans the Dining Room while upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
• Performs opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Assists in dining room and surrounding areas for proper flow and supplies placement.
• Other duties as assigned.
