Integral Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a Server to join our team in a caring senior living community. You will take orders, serve meals, and ensure residents have a positive dining experience with attention to specials and dining area upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Courteous and friendly interaction with guests, residents and staff.
• Able to respond promptly to resident needs and balance team responsibilities.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
