Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Server at Draper Place in Massachusetts. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver excellent service to residents. No prior experience is required and you’ll be paid while you train on the job.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal prep, delivery, banquets and events, fostering teamwork with coworkers and building positive relationships with residents. The role emphasizes cleanliness and hospitality in a family-friendly community.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
