Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Grapevine is hiring servers to warmly serve residents and support dining service operations. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training with paid learning, helping you grow within a supportive team environment.

As part of our dining team, you will set tables, take orders, assist with meal service and cleanup, and help create a welcoming, high-service atmosphere for residents and guests in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
