Windward Palms is seeking a compassionate part-time Server to join our dining room team. You will serve meals to residents, follow dietary standards, and help maintain a pleasant, efficient dining experience.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong English communication, and teamwork are essential. You will follow safety procedures, assist in meal prep, and support residents with kindness and respect. Paid time off, daily pay, and a supportive, family-like environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to follow directions and relate to residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and assist with meal service.
• Take orders and deliver food in a courteous manner.
• Set up, bussing, and restocking dining areas as needed.
• Assist in proper care and use of kitchen/dining equipment.
• Follow infections control procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Work scheduled shifts and demonstrate dependability.
