Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Server for Inspirations of Mesa, a senior living community in Mesa, AZ. The Server will provide dining room service to residents, take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a pleasant, efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and assist with setup.
• Take orders and serve food; ensure pleasant dining experience.
• Clean work areas and assist with beverages and food preparation.
• Assist kitchen and dining staff to meet residents' needs.
• Follow infections control procedures and residents' rights policies.
