Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking friendly servers to support dining services across our assisted living communities. You will assist with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup to ensure residents have a great dining experience.

Ideal candidates are caring, organized, and able to multi-task while communicating effectively with residents, families, and teammates in English. This role supports a vibrant, resident-first culture and offers growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Friendly, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assist with meal prep, serve, and clean up after meals.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain dining room to be service-ready.
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
