Responsibilities

• Conducts safety and security inspections of community property.
• Patrols buildings and grounds and records time at watch stations.
• Investigates and reports incidents and safety hazards.
• Responds to security calls and emergencies until relieved by a supervisor.
• Notifies agencies when emergency response is necessary.
