Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking a Sales Associate to support the communitySales Team by managing Enquire, converting leads to tours, and conducting tours when the Director of Community Relations is unavailable.

You will drive sales KPIs, engage prospective residents and influencers, and maintain up-to-date records in the Enquire system. The role includes outbound calls, event support, and collaboration with the community relations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and emails to engage prospective residents and influencers.
• Convert incoming leads to scheduled tours using the Enquire system and calendar, meeting booking goals.
• Conduct tours when the Director of Community Relations is unavailable.
