Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living in Spokane, WA seeks a Director of Sales and Outreach (Senior Living) to drive census by leading sales, marketing, and outreach. This full-time role leads as the community's Brand Ambassador and manages the full sales cycle across independent, assisted, and memory care transitions.

You will build relationships with families and referral partners, conduct tours, and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales or marketing experience in senior housing preferred.
• Understand memory care regulations and aging needs.
• Familiar with ADA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and occupancy goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales funnel from inquiries to closing and record activity in CRM.
• Conduct engaging tours highlighting amenities and care levels.
• Build referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and senior organizations.
• Plan and execute marketing events to attract families.
• Ensure a seamless move-in by coordinating with care, maintenance, and admin teams.
• Track monthly leads and move-in goals and expand partnerships.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-campus marketing/sales staff.
• Develop quarterly campus marketing plans and visit hospitals and physicians.
