Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to drive census and close new business across assigned communities. This field-based role offers up to 75% travel, autonomy, and a chance to impact seniors and families daily.

You will analyze sales needs, manage prospects through the full cycle, and collaborate with executives to sustain occupancy while delivering compassionate care and professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of senior living sales experience strongly preferred.
• Background in sales, marketing, healthcare, or senior services preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic, travel-heavy schedule.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Occupancy Management: analyze census needs and lead volume to achieve full occupancy.
• Prospect Management & Lead Conversion: conduct discovery conversations and advance next steps.
• CRM, Reporting & Sales Board Management: maintain notes, track progress, and report weekly lead movement.
• Relationship Development: develop referral relationships and educate teams on best practices.
