Job summary

Benchmark Therapies is seeking Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our therapy program at Asbury Riverwoods, a welcoming senior living community in Lewisburg, PA.

You will help residents maintain mobility, safety, confidence, and independence while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve. Flexible full-time or per diem schedules provide consistency and balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• A genuine interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment based on resident needs and goals.
• Help residents improve mobility, balance, strength, safety, and quality of life.
• Support residents in staying active and as independent as possible.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and other care team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment.
