Preferred Therapy Solutions in Charlton, MA seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient services within a senior living community. New graduates are welcome.

The campus offers expansive grounds and a supportive team atmosphere with a focus on excellence, stability, and integrity. The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing and rehab staff, comprehensive documentation, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive outpatient therapy services in a senior living community.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a PTA license or be license eligible to practice in MA.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate outpatient therapy services in a senior living community
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
