Qualifications

• Provide skilled physical therapy care addressing pain, functional limitations and strength deficits.
• Adult outpatient experience with a focus on orthopedic conditions and geriatric rehabilitation.
• Possess a current PT/RPT license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy care in assisted living, independent living and outpatient clinic settings.
• Address pain and functional limitations; improve strength and mobility.
