Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to develop solutions for senior living communities and their residents in Anne Arundel County, MD. You will coordinate care across BAYADA's services and lead teams toward shared goals while serving as a trusted advisor to communities.

BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. Through ONE Team, communities can access fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care and companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support.

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will develop solutions for senior living communities and their residents throughout Anne Arundel County, MD.

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive based on performance metrics.
