Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a compassionate rehabilitation team.

You will provide rehabilitative services under medical orders, plan initial and subsequent treatment programs, participate in clinical conferences, and deliver one-on-one sessions with a functional-based approach. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/vision/dental insurance, PTO

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, not in a group setting, so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach.
• Customize treatment sessions to individual patient needs.
